One of my sales from today was this sweater from a label called INHABIT. I had never heard of INHABIT before I found this top at the thrift store a few weeks ago, so I thought I’d share it here as one to look out for.
From the INHABIT website:
Launched in the fall of 2003, INHABIT offers a full collection of women and men’s basic and seasonal knitwear items. The collections are available in fine boutiques in Europe, Asia, Australia, Canada, and throughout the United States; and online at inhabitny.com.
It was mainly the fabric content that made me pick this one off the rack: a baby alpaca and mulberry silk blend. Sounds pretty fancy-shmancy, if you ask me.
They sell primarily knit tops, with just a couple other categories of clothing up on their website right now. Prices range from about $300 to just shy of $1,000 for sweaters.
On eBay, cashmere INHABIT tops are the best sellers. Here are the highest priced sales for INHABIT items in the last few months:
Have you ever seen this brand before when out thrifting? I will definitely be picking up any others I find!
